Our products are for laboratory research only. Every product sold by Purple Peptides is supplied solely for in vitro laboratory research and identification purposes. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.
Prohibited uses
Our products may not be used for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical application. They may not be used in clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary settings. Purchasers may not resell, repackage, relabel, or distribute our products to anyone for these purposes, and may not market our products with claims about health benefits or human use.
Who may purchase
Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and must be acquiring products for legitimate laboratory research. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and will follow this policy, and that you are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of products in line with applicable laws and accepted laboratory safety practices.
What we don't provide
Purple Peptides does not give guidance on human or animal use, including dosing, administration, or expected effects. Our team will decline these questions. Certificates of analysis and product information describe the material itself, not its suitability for any use in people or animals.
Our right to refuse or cancel
We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order, and close any account, if we have reason to believe a purchase is intended for a prohibited use or that this policy has been misrepresented. This includes orders accompanied by questions or statements suggesting human or animal use.
